8) Decluttering house. It's uplifting and fights cravings.

Hope you've been able to plant your spring stuff.
We still have snow in the forecast!

My IEPs went well and all were less than an hour, including the re-evaluation one. It is a lot easier when you have family members who think you are doing a great job with their beloved darlings and when they have been in class for a couple of years as well. I always get really nervous and stressed out, but generally always enjoy the actual meetings. I really need to recognize that I really CAN do it - not only with this but with everything in my life - I tend to really underestimate what I can do.

Cathy -- So great that you are thinking about spring and new flowers! When we lived near Corvallis, the most beautiful daffodils bloomed every year in March at the site of an old homestead at the far end of our property. We never "tended" them, but they thrived and multiplied yearly until they covered about 1/4 of an acre. We also had a huge lilac tree that usually bloomed around Easter. My mother planted tulips around that tree and we had a mix of colors there. Liliacs don't do well in the South and any bulb plant tends to get "eaten" by critters or bugs in the soil. We do have azaleas, but no "rhodies" around here. I remember all the wild azaleas in the woods next to the fields and trilliums and daisies. Even the alfalfa fields were a "sea" of color when they flowered. Oregon will always be my "paradise" of the mind and I journey there often! Blessings, Lennie
