just keep gaining,have gained 60lb in less than 2 yrs. can't seem to get food obsession in control. had bypass in 04. have chronic pain & difficulty with activity r/t fibro, disgenerative disc, & (OA) fighting with depression r/t above, change in lifestyle r/t husbands illness. i have tried by myself now need support.

1. Daily use of food tracker.

2. 5 min. of excercise daily.

3. Glass of water with each meal.

4. 1 piece of fruit daily.

Personal Information:
I'm a 57 yr old. Married 39 yrs to my husband. We have 3 sons, & 5 grandchildren, that I adore.
I live in Erie, MI which is on Lake Erie.

Other Information:
I love spending time with my family, esp. when we are camping, spending time in our northern MI vacation home, or fishing.
I also enjoy gardening, but am limited in what I can do.

i added you as a friend to my sparkspage. I think we can learn a lot from each other. I haven't gotten to my goal weight as of yet but i am working towards it taking one day at a time. I am not sure if you have joined the emotional eaters group but i find them to be very helpful. Just making a suggestion. I am there for you in any way i can

I am now the team leader on the EFT team. You had posted back in February. Have you tried using EFT to help you succeed with your food and exercise plan? Do you have any questions? Let me know and I will try to help.

Just stopping by to say, "Hi". I hope you're well. I started low-carb this week, and so far I'm liking it. I went to www.atkins.com, and found it very interesting. It seems to make sense, getting rid of processed foods, and bad fats. I'll let you know in about a month if it's working or not.
