New Goal

Have a new goal to work for, knee replacement March 7.

Unable to walk much we bought a stationary bike and the hospital provide exercises to do. This time my husband is helping me and encouraging me. That helps so much. Thanks Honey!

Hey you -

Haven't talked to you in it seems like forever! Yes, I can't wait to go hiking again. However, I have not been doing much of anything. I am kinda down right now... just found out yesterday that I may need a 3rd surgery on my shoulder. 3 within 3 years - kinda overwhelming right now. Broke down crying at work today. I will get better, just not happy about it right now. Anyway - enough of that for now. Spring will be here before we know it. Love and miss ya!
