I am a 40 yr old at-home mom and Army wife, for 15 yrs, and Psychology student. I have been struggling with my weight since my mid-20's, but it has been in the last 6 years that I lost control. In the last 6 yrs I have gained over 50 lbs, causing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and fatty-liver disease. Now at 242 lbs, I realize that I better start taking control of my life or I won't have a life.

It's been almost 3 weeks, and 6 lbs less, since I restarted my journey to the new healthy me. I have started feeling more energy than I have in years, my cravings are getting less and less, and I even don't hate working out. I know I CAN DO IT! and I WILL!!
