Lifestyle Change?

My name is Grace and I live in NM. I finally understand what it means to make a lifestyle change. I lost and regained weight in my first two years on Sparks because I was dieting and then going 'off' my diet. It was the third year that I made a sincere lifestyle change. I now eat whatever I want - in moderation - and I exercise almost every day. I lost and regained weight in my first two years on Sparks because I was dieting and then going 'off' my diet. It was the third year that I made a sincere lifestyle change. I now eat whatever I want - in moderation - and I exercise almost every day. I have some ups and downs but they're minimal because I get back into my new lifestyle as soon as the scale goes up a pound or two. Some of my plateaus last longer than I would like, but I'm cosistantly moving downward towards my goal. In the last year, I've actually lost weight on a trip- which usually meant a 10 pound gain! I look at my weight loss - not as a destination, but as a journey to good health. It will be a lifelong journey.

Hi Gracie, thanks for the page visit and the comment about my pic. Well, to tell the truth, I wouldn't wait to be 19 again (that's how old I was in that picture) even though I didn't appreciate my 19-year-old body back then. Now 30...that's a different story (joking, somewhat!) Have a great week!

No point waiting to do something that I can do when asked. I don't know if I'll get any chance to get back on here tomorrow as I have a busy day and Saturday is busy, too.

Also, I might forget if I wait. emoticon
