My name is Grace and I live in NM. I finally understand what it means to make a lifestyle change. I lost and regained weight in my first two years on Sparks because I was dieting and then going 'off' my diet. It was the third year that I made a sincere lifestyle change. I now eat whatever I want - in moderation - and I exercise almost every day. I have some ups and downs but they're minimal because I get back into my new lifestyle as soon as the scale goes up a pound or two. Some of my plateaus last longer than I would like, but I'm cosistantly moving downward towards my goal. In the last year, I've actually lost weight on a trip- which usually meant a 10 pound gain! I look at my weight loss - not as a destination, but as a journey to good health. It will be a lifelong journey.

My Goals:
1. Stay at the low end of my calorie range.
2. Exercise 30 minutes every day.
3. Do ST at least 3x a week.
4. Have 100% participation in all challenges.
5. Reach Onederland


My Program:
I've just joined WW and will be tracking pts. I needed a change!

I will do 30 minutes of cardio every day.

I will do Strength Training 3 days a week including upper, lower, core.

My name is Grace and I live in , New Mexico with my wonderful husband. We are both retired now - he is retired Navy and I'm a retired school teacher. We love to travel in our motor home.


Other Information:
I enjoy traveling. I am a voracious reader (mostly historical romances, mystery, some scifi), I also love to quilt, scrapbook and work with ceramics and pottery. We are very active in our church.
