Losing the weight i gained while pregnant

I gained about 80 pounds or so while i was pregnant last yr. I had my beautiful baby girl GRACIE Jan 13 of this yr and have only lost maybe 20 something pounds. I would love to be where i was before i got prenant but its been hard getting the motivation to do it.

Hi There. First let me say your baby Gracie is beautiful. Makes me want to be young again and have another one. But I'll have to relive the joy of babies through my great grand children.
Now I see where you say you are still eating at night. I take it that the food you are eating is not good for you?. Why don't you plan a healthy snack for later , nuts, a piece of fruit, into your daily calorie count so you can stay in range of what you need.
I put the kitchen off limit after 9:00. You might not be able to do that with a baby . i usually have a piece of fruit between 9 and 10 and that keeps me full and satisfied till breakfast.
