Hello Gracie1958, I know it's kinda hard sometimes. It was for me, but I guess I just started losing because I'm tired of being in so much pain. The more I lose the more pain I'm in? Go Figure???It's because I have Arthritis in my knees, and that makes my legs hurt everyday and nite. But, since I even only lost 15 lbs. I can sure feel the difference. I know it's hard as we get older, I hardly didn't have any motivation, until I seen results. Then I have more and more now! I hope that you can see some results soon, so you can move on more faster. Just do some of the exercises on Sparkpeople video's. Have you tried them, that's how I started losing. Just doing them slowly them, ooppss I lost some weight, just by accident. Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals! We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals. We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
