A gardener, philosopher, writer, reader, dreamer, animal and pet lover, friend, optimist, philanthropist, do-gooder, designer, artist, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. I am determined to move toward continued good health and the energy to enjoy it with a few less pounds.

I have some physical limitations - As a passenger in a car accident when I was 25 I sustained permanent nerve damage that leaves me with about 20% of the use of my left arm and I was born left handed. I have spinal compression from the accident that minorly limits me. I have trick knees and foot problems - but I stay as active as I can.

I love to garden and that gives me plenty to do at this time of year. I ride my bike, try to walk 10,000 steps a day and love cardio dancing and short (10 minutes or so) workout videos. I try to read one book every week or so. I'm a good cook and am having fun creating new recipes for the Fast Metabolism diet phases.

In Irish Gaelic "Thank you very much," is written "Go raibh m�le maith agat" and is pronounced gurrah meel-ah mah hahgut. I am told the actual translation is: "May you have a thousand kindnesses."
So, I wish you Go raibh m�le maith agat!!

My Goals:
Intention is to remove the excess and unwanted pounds that slowly crept in after I hit age 40 by doing it wisely and properly, so they stay gone!

TIGER MONARCH TEAM in the 2015 FALL 5% Challenge
Exercise Commitment
*Strength Training Mon/Wed/Fri 20 minutes
*Cardio dancing Mon-Fri 15 to 20 minutes daily
*Walking and yardwork and housework on weekends
* At least one ten (10) minute exercise video per day

Eat per Full Plate Diet, get exercise, TRACK food honestly and consistently and drink plenty of water that IS NOT in bottles that pollute the earth.

    Thanks dear heart for the goodie...MOST appreciated! Yes I lucked out when I met DH...he is a keeper for sure. I'm always amazed at how such a great guy has such a nasty whining controlling manipulating mother! Oh no....wait...he was raised by his there you go. We will be going back to Iowa in a few weeks to celebrate DH's 50 year high school reunion. Of course we also have to spend time with MIL and SIL who is meaner than the junk yard dog. They live this something I look forward to...HECK no...but I've learned after 38 years that I make my appearances in small doses and the rest of the time...I'm sorry to say but DH is on his own! That's the best way...his mother is so territorial I always wait for the day she pees on his leg! emoticon emoticon
