I have some physical limitations - As a passenger in a car accident when I was 25 I sustained permanent nerve damage that leaves me with about 20% of the use of my left arm and I was born left handed. I have spinal compression from the accident that minorly limits me. I have trick knees and foot problems - but I stay as active as I can.

I love to garden and that gives me plenty to do at this time of year. I ride my bike, try to walk 10,000 steps a day and love cardio dancing and short (10 minutes or so) workout videos. I try to read one book every week or so. I'm a good cook and am having fun creating new recipes for the Fast Metabolism diet phases.

In Irish Gaelic "Thank you very much," is written "Go raibh mle maith agat" and is pronounced gurrah meel-ah mah hahgut. I am told the actual translation is: "May you have a thousand kindnesses."
So, I wish you Go raibh mle maith agat!!

Awh...crap on the snow! I know you aren't ready for that white stuff before Thanksgiving for pity sakes!

Thankfully the Tomb Guardian is a replica...otherwise I'd probably be creeped out also! emoticon

I just love really eclectic stuff like him...I call him Tum~Tum in charge of the Rum~Dum! That sounds as corny written as it does when I tell customers...but it brings a laugh...I'm all about those laughs my friend! emoticon emoticon

Ohhhhh SO love that awesome BLUE owl!!! I LOVE owls...you know I do. Every since we lost our Josher they have very special meaning to me. I honestly believe he sent a pair of hoot owls to our house EVERY single night around dusk to watch over us and hoot out their greetings from the other side. Our little French friend was afraid of them saying they are a sign of death...but I read that oft~times they are messengers from the other side sent to bridge the gap between earth and a level beyond. Anyhow they certainly brought us great comfort and they were there EVERY night...the two of them...hooting down at us as I attempted (BADLY) to hoot back up at them. This happened for a little over a year. DH and I were amazed at their regularity and the fact that they came so close to the house. The tree they perched in was probably only about 10 feet from our back lanai.

They have moved on...but I still hear them sometimes and I think back fondly on our Josher's message to us..."hey mom and dad...don't be sad...you still have each other" and most of all you have me in your heart, mind and soul forever! emoticon

Wow...that was a long response to your little blue owl...he is SO cute! emoticon
