My Goals:
I would am working towards changing my lifestyle so that I may lead a long, happy, healthy life with my family.

My Program:
I try to ride my bicycle with my family at least once a day. I am preparing healthy meals instead of "fast food." I am working towards strength training. Most importantly I am preparing myself and those around me for the huge lifestyle change I am making.

Personal Information:
I am a 30 year old mother of one child. My husband and I own a local bicycle shop. It's been an adventure!

Other Information:
I believe firmly that if you want to obtain any goal in life you must be prepared and committed to what you are wanting to achieve.

Yahoo for bikes!! ~ I just convinced my neighbor to ride with me on Tuesday night and conquer that "killer hill" together!! She was so excited that I'm riding that far and really wants to give it a go as well~Her hubby doesn't want her to ride on that road...but he's away....and she really wants to try it with me (wow I feel like a teenager doing something that I know my mum won't approve of!!)
Isn't that quirky?!

BTW-Kudos to being a speed demon! At first, in my "runner's" mind, I thought, how could she run that fast??....and then I remembered, you're a biker chick!!!

Sorry it took me so long to respond...darn being sick! Sounds like you had a VERY busy weekend!!! I actually do count heavy cleaning as an activity for my fitness points (but only if I really get sweating!). Sorry to hear you had an off day....do you want me to breath my germs on someone specific, or did kickboxing help?? emoticon
