Thank you so much for your kind words regarding my 1 year blog post. I have some good news for you, you can do this! Just remember to take baby steps, set small, achievable goals. Try to take a 10 minute walk each day. Remember that each small goal, each baby step leads to larger goals and larger steps. Don't say "I want to lose 20 pounds", say "I want to lose 5 pounds". 5 pounds is a much easier goal to reach, and when you reach it, you will have gained the confidence to do it again, and again, and again.
