Ultimately my goal is lose about 85 lbs. But what I am working on is feeling and looking great by the time of my 48th birthday. I know I cannot lose 85 lbs. in 5 months, but anything that I can lose by then will help me feel better
After years and years of trying to lose weight on my own, I finally joined WW on April 29, 2013. I need "in person" accountability. Let the new ride begin!
I not only struggle with weight (over 20 years now) but now I have Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disease in the mix.
I am the income earner for my little family of 4, so I need to get feeling better in order to continue to be able to work.
UPDATE: now diagnosed with Fibromyalgia...enough already!

Stopping by to see how you're doing. I love the ww program to! I get 40 points each day, which is alot, I find it hard to eat all my points. I usually have about 5 or 6 left over. Hope your day is going great!

Hello -- I'm in the same fix you are. I was weighing heavy after the holidays and then I broke my ankle and gained more. So I'm trying to take it off now. I reviewed your tracker and looked at the days you tracked. The reason you fell off is you didn't eat enough!! On a low carb plan you should never be hungry, because you can always have some protein. AND you didn't log nearly enough vegetables and salads. Try Carb Addicts and I think you might have more success. :) Good luck. I'm right there with ya!
