    Of course I don't mind that you added me as a friend!

    PCOS effects everyone so differently, I know that I lose weight when I makes sure I take my medicine (Metformin), eat around 800 calories, keep my carbs around 40 and workout. It's sad and true, but I had a bout of no appetite which is how I discovered this is how I lose weight. And it was the weight loss of a normal person. Now I am just trying to find foods that don't give me tummy troubles. Too many carbs, tummy issues. To fatty of meat, tummy issues. To much lactose (milk products) tummy issues. I was a vegan before, but being a no soy, low carb, low gluten vegan is near impossible...unless I want to go raw and eat nuts and seeds all the time.

    Hope you find something that works! By the way, there is a PCOS group that is fairly active (more active than any of my other groups at least)!

    Yes unfortunantly I was on bed rest for several months and all I did was eat! I gain about 50 pounds and actually got down to 15 pounds less than my pregnancy weight after I had Landon but then lost motivation again! I got up to 7 pounds less than what I was at 9 months pregnant that when I slammed on the breaks! I've been on a rollercoaster for a couple years and I'm just sick of it so I'm trying really hard to find a balance between healthy living and still enjoying myself you know? How are you doing?

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. Some days tracking is as painful as pulling a tooth. It's just so time consuming. I've tracked everything for the day (including dinner). As long as I stick the plan, I'm doing great. Now for the exercise... it's always a challenge with little ones. I either workout with a playful toddler in the room (which can be a workout in itself) or wait until she goes to sleep (which can be anywhere between 8 and 9). If it's 8, that's awesome. If it's 9, I feel like that's too late since I like to be in bed by 10. How do you workout with two kids?

    That's awesome that your youngest loves squash. Natalie will eat just about anything off of my plate, but she's often picky with what's on hers.

    Hey Gretta, so nice to hear from you! Glad to see you are coming back to SP too!

    Yes, I'm pregnant. Finishing up my last week of my 1st trimester, due January 18th. I actually have a dr's appointment tomorrow, which I'm excited about because we'll get to hear the heartbeat. We did get to see it "flicker" on the screen before, but it will be nice to hear it this time.

    Honestly, I have been feeling pretty good. As you read from my blog, the main 2 issues I have had are with the fatigue and finding something to eat! I know though that some of that will ease up in the next week or so.

    Enough about me...how are you!? A family vacation, how nice. Hope you all had a great time. How are you holding up with two little ones? How is Lane doing? And Cale? Is he loving having a little brother?
    I hope all is well. Can;t wait to see some pic's!
