You are sooo much stronger than you think you are!"

I don't remember where I recently read that, but it's stuck with me for the past few weeks so it seemed appropriate as I reevaluate my goals for the year. My goal is to continue to lose the baby weight from my first pregnancy, but also to improve my overall health and fitness, and for vanity purposes, I really want to look hot and stop dressing to hide my body!

Well I am certainly glad to see you back!! I have extra love for my "original" longtime SP friends :)
Glad B has been helping more, at least at times. I know I'm going to need the help of my hubby after this baby is born. Preston is such a handful. My older two are 4 years apart, and it was perfect. These two will be 4 years apart as well, but it's like Preston suddenly entered his terrible two's! He's constantly getting into things and is just super busy!

That's great about the new medicine! Even if the side effect is starting to go away, hopefully it will still be easier to create normal portions with good food. I remember I did a fast one time (stupid, I know) and didn't eat anything for 7 days. When I started to eat normally again, I found I couldn't eat nearly as much at a time. I think that was the best benefit to the fast, it got me back on track with normal portions. Not that I would recommend that to anyone.

Anyway...you can do this!! I'm so glad you're back. I cannot wait to be back to losing...it's been hard to watch the scale go up, even though I know that's perfectly normal, and how it should be. It's just after years of making it go down, it's odd!

Enjoy your weekend and keep in touch!!
