I don't remember where I recently read that, but it's stuck with me for the past few weeks so it seemed appropriate as I reevaluate my goals for the year. My goal is to continue to lose the baby weight from my first pregnancy, but also to improve my overall health and fitness, and for vanity purposes, I really want to look hot and stop dressing to hide my body!

My Goals:
1. Get back to my prepreggo weight.
2. Run 1/2 marathon September 15th!
3. Set a healthy lifestyle example for my sons. While mommy runs on the treadmill, he runs back forth in the room so he can run with mommy!
5. Watch my calorie intake and eat mainly healthy whole foods to fuel my body, mind, and soul!

My Program:
At least 30 minutes of cardio four days a week, strength training 3 days a week, and keeping my calories within my spark recommended ranges.
