Let's Get Motivated!

I'm 5'3" and my goal is to loose inches by my wedding in December 2014!!

I was recently diagnosed with Lupus. It was been a roller coaster but there is always a positive to everything. I am more aware of my body and how nutrition, cardio and strength training effect my daily life.

Some mornings it takes all the self motivation I have to push through the soreness/stiffness and get the day started. I'm trying to tap into that supportive voice and channel her, ...

Originally I'm from Galveston Island area.

I graduated Spring of 2011 from TX State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (ESL EC-6) and a Minor in Art & Design.

I am the Lead ESL teacher for my elementary school in the DFW are and LOVE my job!!

Oh! The blueberry syrup I mentioned in my blog... it's just frozen unsweetened blueberries and a little orange juice (or any fruit juice, or lemon juice and a bit of sugar if you don't drink juice or have it on hand). Boil it like crazy while you're making your healthy waffles or pancakes and then use the leftovers on plain greek yogurt. Deeeee-lish! emoticon
