Getting Fit
As a new mom, I'm finding it more important than ever to get fit both for myself and for my family. While I'm not getting any younger, I've noticed I have more energy thanks to my healthier diet and regular exercise. The fact that I'm losing a few pounds is just an added benefit!

My Goals:
I want to have more energy, so I can keep up with my young son. I'd also like to work myself up to a 5k.
My Program:
I eat a healthy, varied diet full of fruits and vegetables, and I try to walk or jog at least twice a week.
