I have just turned 37 years old and have 2 children and a good husband.When i started this diet my family decided to start with me.I am disbled-broke my back among other things-doing better now. I have always been overweight but after the surgerys ,when I couldn't move for so long is when I became obese.I am determined to loose this weight and with help and guidence from other people we can all succeed together.Oh yeah I cant spell or type.One major major thing in my life this year I QUIT ...

My Goals:
I want to live to see my grand children one day. i want to be healthy and to be able to walk with my family on vacation and live a happy life
My Program:
Following the diet plan, joined curves,walking just a little for now,streinghth 3 days a week-just started so we will see.
Personal Information:
I am from North Carolina.I try to be a positive person most of the time but the weight along with my disability depresses me alot. When I broke my back I went from being a strong independant woman to having to rely on people for everything for awhile. I am slowly gaining some of that independance back but it is a slow go.
Other Information:
I love to read-anything by anyone! I love to play POGO and I love CSI,Law and Order,Earl and Days
