I am on track for today too. I did eat some shredded cheddar cheese when I was making my hubby's lunch but I put it in my tracker. Actually, I even before I put in my mouth I put it on the scale to find out how much I was eating. I call that a win.

We had a great time at the Elvis show, no dancing though. Most everyone there was in their 60's and 70's and no one was up, I did not want to be a nuisance so I stayed in my seat and danced but that did not get me any activity points. We did go out to dinner afterwards but I managed to stay within my calorie range, top end but still in. I did not do any BLT's and tracked every bite, maybe slightly off for the fries (I did not count them as I ate). A long day of on my behind so not many steps either.
