Here is Brenda Willis' very very inspirational story of taking small steps, resulting in losing 140+lbs in 15 months, via The Step Diet. Pay close attention to where she says something similar to, '5 mins one day; 6 mins the next day'. YES. Exactly.

She has kept it off 7+ years and is a highly paid motivational speaker. One small step at time, one day at a time.

Welcome to The Step Diet Team!

The Step Diet is a safe, sane, logical way to progress from where you are, to where you want to go via baby steps, i.e. reaching 10,000 steps a day or more, but only increasing daily walking by 3-5mins per week to do so. Brenda Willis did; she lost 140+ lbs on The Step Diet, and has kept it off 7+ years. True Lifestyle Change! April our founding team leader did a great job of setting up all the informational threads for the team, the whole program is listed in the threads; there is also a book you can order from Amazon, "The Step Diet", I haven't been able to find it in secondary markets but a couple team members have. However the threads April set up contain the info as well. Please stop by all the threads and dive right in, if you haven't already. Welcome! Carol
