To be in normal BMI range by my 50th Birthday. Start 255 BMI 41.2 June 246 BMI 39.8
My Program right now is to do Strength training 3 times a week and walk away the pounds 1 mile on these days. I do walk away the pounds 2 miles on the off days (sunday is up to me if I want to or not). I also walk my dog twice a day every day.
