My Program:
I'm trying to eat around 1500 calories and 45-ish grams of fat per day.

I'm training for my first Olympic triathlon, and would also like to complete a half marathon this year!

I run, bike, swim, and do body weight exercises.

I think you're supposed to have read some of his books to understand it all, but I'm doing as much as I can. :) I also joined the Jeff Galloway spark team and got a lot more info there.
