I'm on my way, I can't give up now!
Started this at 216 lbs./189 lbs. now....The BESTEST part; I feel real good. Being a mother of 6 is hard on the body, it feels good to take care of 'MY' health for a change. Us mommies put nearly all our time and effort into raising and rearing our children. But there comes a day when you stand back in front of a mirror and don't like yourself anymore. My life has taken a complete turn around Glory to God in the Highest! GOD IS GOOD!!

I am getting to the point where sports, running, walking, and child's play is not exhausting. My children have their spunky mom back & IT FEELS GREAT!!

Keeping up: using those thoughts that use to plague me for hours on end...to motivate me today! Taking pride in even the littlest of workouts because IT'S ALL RELEVANT!!
