I am a seamstress, knitter,bellydancer, friend, wife and mother. I need to lose 50 plus pounds, but I am not ging to get hung up on numbers. I am just going to concentrate on three things: exercise four times a week, drink eight glasses of water every day and log my food on spark people every day. If I can consistantly do these three things I will consider this a successful year.

Summer 2010 STL Spark People Rally!!!

OK, so how's the MO Botanical Garden on July 17 at 9 a.m. sound? We could meet at the Visitor's Center and walk around for 2 hours-there's a 'Health Fair' going on the same day, too! If you're a resident of St. Louis County or St. Louis City, admission is FREE before noon-otherwise it's $8 for adults...the place opens at 9 a.m., so it wouldn't be quite as hot then, but we could do 10 as well...lots to do/see here & plenty of walking exercise & time to get to know fellow STL 'Sparkers'
