Apparently, I've had some sort of epiphany :)

I'm a graduate student, studying Arts & Technology.

I feel like I've finally figured something out. This time, I've completely changed my relationship with food, and at 29, I'm mature enough now to have realistic expectations.

I've been around. I've been a yo-yo dieter. I feel now that I have transcended my old yo-yo pattern, and replaced it with a healthy eating pattern I can stick with for the rest of my life. Of course, there's still goals to reach, but I'm 100% ...

Wanna take what I have learned and share it with the world! While I'm finishing my degree, I'm also taking a "Healthy Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist" course and getting certified. Plan on combining what I know about healthy lifestyles with my artistic skills and doing something with that (I've got plans).

Yes, apparently, I've had some sort of epiphany :)

About your personal info above: You're so right that knowing what works is a huge step up from last time! Think of all the tricks and wisdom and personal knowledge you'll have in your toolbox from the get-go this time around! And you've done it before, so you know you CAN, but this time you have a 10-pound head-start. If you'd run a 5K last year, you'd probably feel pretty confident about running a mile this year, right? You can do this--good luck and have fun!
