I'm Back - Again - And Again
Okay, so it's been a while. I'm back to weighing 161, which is about what I weighed in highschool. Not the worst weight I've been at, but definintely not the best. Just about average for me. Anyway, I think it's high time to get back to weighing 145 or less and looking more like my profile pic, which was taken around a year ago. I'm an off and on Sparkpeople user, and I come back every time now that I need to lose weight, because I know this is what has worked for me in the past. I ...
Okay, so it's been a while. I'm back to weighing 161, which is about what I weighed in highschool. Not the worst weight I've been at, but definintely not the best. Just about average for me. Anyway, I think it's high time to get back to weighing 145 or less and looking more like my profile pic, which was taken around a year ago. I'm an off and on Sparkpeople user, and I come back every time now that I need to lose weight, because I know this is what has worked for me in the past. I think it works because tracking, spinning the sparkpeople wheel, reading articles for points, etc. all feels more like a game to me than a weight loss program, and I do love my games (in fact, I'm going to school to become a game designer). I'll be graduating in May, so I'm going to use that as a deadline to get back to my goal weight of 145. That's essentially what worked when I was here three years ago (when I was graduating with my associates degree). It always feels easier to lose weight when there's a special event to lose it for (maybe because it makes the timeline less flexible).
