I am one of those people who never do diet I just can stick to bland or complicated meal plans and like good tasty food too much. Even though I don’t exercise I have always thought I was quite active I am was housekeeping manager and on my feet for an 8 hour shift 5 times a week walking between floors checking rooms. I also horse ride around two times a week work in the garden and do housework. My weight has always fluctuated a bit but I have always remained at a comfortable size 12 (uk) with a 28 inch waist. At the beginning for this year however I noticed a big difference all my waist measurement slowly started creeping up and unlike in the past it just kept going. Then in I lost my job and my activity level dropped and with it my general motivation. My waist is now at 33 inches the most it ever been and I weigh 11 stone 12 pounds. It’s time to take control lose the weight and inches and reenergize myself.
