I hate pages where I need to talk about myself. I've been in the military at least a day or three and am trying to overcome once and for all the damage I _let_ occur to my physical fitness while assigned as a detailed Recruiter... THAT was 10 years ago.

Well, I could totally use the motivation as well to get back on track and down to my final goal. Helping you will help me, too. Everyone wins ;0)

*chuckle*

Actually, a little from each collumn will help to get me started again. Once I'm in the groove, then less guilt and more competitive will help until getting on auto-pilot, so to speak. *grin*

I can totally do that. I can nag you a bit here and on facebook. Are you the competitive sort? Will guilting you work? Or does trying to keep up with someone else help you?

Thanks! Hmmm... How 'bout if you use your powers of guilt for about a month or two, until I can get into full swing of this thing.... emoticon
