    Sorry your dietician was not impressed with your 3.4 loss. I would have been thrilled! I was looking at my carb intake for today and thought I was doing well until you said that 45g was the maximum for each meal. Dang...this is not going to be easy. I do need to look at adding more protein. Good thing I don't have much else to do this week other than to figure this out! Thanks for the info. Very helpful.

    Thanks so much for your comments on my blog. Good to know you are keeping busy and out of trouble! I was interested to read your info about the carbs. I have been trying to keep them low, but I wasn't sure what that really meant. You have now given me a guideline - and yet another reason to be sure I continue to accurately track. You are so right about carbs being in everything! I am going to try to follow in your carb footsteps, so please let me know any words of wisdom that occur to you as you lead the way.     My, you have been busy! Congratulations on the two new grandkids. That is exciting news! Your river cruise sounds pretty exciting as well. That is on my list, but not this year. We are planning an East Coast cruise (Quebec to Ft. Lauderdale) to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. He taught American history and I guess he just can't get enough of it. Perhaps we can manage Europe next year. Travel plans are definitely a good motivator! Here is to both of us reaching our goals!
