My Goals:
I will be a size 10.

I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

I want to swim in the ocean and participate in water related activities.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

Hey Blue team buddy emoticon how's it going? Great I hope!
In regards to living here in Cali, I've been here all of my life, mostly So. Cal. As for my job, yeah it's okay, I used to really like it but I have been doing that job for about 21 years now.

I think it's interesting that you are considering a new career. I wish you the best of luck should you chose to move forward.

Breifly, as a software Engineer, do you program test apparatus, do you work in an Engineering Department?
