I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

Swimming 60 minutes a week.

Stretch/Yoga 10+ minutes 5xweek

I must find fun fitness activities for the weekend to do with family and friends.

Sat 9:30-11am & Noon-1:30pm

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds
