I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

You are so terrific to remind me about Shingles. I am 67 and saw my elders go through shingles so I was early in line for the vaccine and have had it. No picnic that. It is fortunate they can treat it if caught early now (helped with both my mother and my husband) but the vaccine is the ticket for me!!
