I will be a size 10.

I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

I want to swim in the ocean and participate in water related activities.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

Thank you for commenting on my blog; I think I need to work on increasing the space to where it's long enough after the stimulus to change my mind about the responsive equal and opposite reaction.
