Hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog on the "54 Pumpkins" and for visiting my personal web site, leannawidgren.com. I hope you enjoy some of the musings. I keep joking with friends and family that my next post is going to be called "Leanna Versus the Menopot," about my epiphany that my "Christmas Tummy" that I can't seem to get rid of may be more age-related than I originally thought. I am nearly 43 and apparently my metabolism is keeping too tired to keep up with me! LOL
Anyway, thanks again! I hope you're having a great week!
My plantar was mild and not that painful but i took it seriously. i quit doing anything that would bother it like running for a long time. i split up my intervals workouts that are just walking and incline walking morning and night as long as it didn't bother my feet for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night.
I iced it with a frozen water bottle massaging it after i did the workout.
And i did stretches too that i found on-line. So far ti's never come back but i still sometimes ice it and do the stretches after i workout. Good Luck!
Oh goodness! Glad you were able to run outdoors. I pretty much only run outdoors, no matter the weather. If there is ice on the ground, I'll wait, but rain or snow its a go! I really dislike the DREADMILL and avoid it. My dog uses it more than me! Sprints are good!
