I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

I want to swim in the ocean and participate in water related activities.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

    Happy Anniversary to you as well. Hope all is great with you. I placed my sweet husband in an assisted living/memory care facility a month ago. It was a very difficult decision, but I know it was the right thing to do. I was just wearing out trying to take care of him at home. Alzheimer's is such a horrible disease. Anyway, I am still adjusting to my new life. I am exercising more, and I have been visiting him every day. We take walks around the building -- so both of us get some exercise. emoticon
