Hi! I hope your December is going well. I also hope your pull-up progressions continue to advance. I had a wrist/thumb injury last August and I had to stop. I started getting PT and OT in September and I am healing at last. It is still not right but so much better. I've started to do some strength exercise now that the pain and inflammation are down. I'm using just 1/2 lb. weight for just a few reps a day and it feels like a big deal. I look forward to a full recuperation and joining you once again in the pull-up saga!
I'm originally from San Francisco in the US. I love languages although I'm not particularly talented learning them. I lived about a decade in other countries with other languages but not Italy. Are you Italian?
