My Goals:
I have 4 current goals. The first two are ongoing and inform my everyday practice:
1. Maintain my weight loss for 6 months.
2. Focus on yoga as my main movement practice.
The second two are looser and more long-term; in other words, they are in the back of my mind and influence my life in a more subtle way:
1. Work towards a place where I am ready to return to my aerial practice (silks/rope/static trapeze/etc).
2. Eventually run a 5k.

Goals met:
Bring my BMI under 25 — completed 2 March 2013

My Program:
1. Accountability, accountability, accountability. Currently tracking food (specifically calories, carbs, fat, protein, fiber, and calcium), activity, and water with the help of SparkPeople and my Fitbit.
2. Everything in moderation—including moderation.

Personal Information:
Connecticut native; educated in Ohio and still there. :)

Other Information:
My favorite physical activities include yoga, circus skills, running, walking, hiking, and dancing.

Wow! What a great surprise to receive a random bit of encouragement...and a blue (my fav) bike! How'd you know that's my color?!!!

And I have an awful, awful sore throat during my last week on the Pacific Coast. So I was having a pity party. But you changed that!

I'm going to follow your lead with random encouragement, too! What a splendid gift!

Have a great day...and it includes lots of laughter & smiles! emoticon

Thanks for the "random bit of encouragement" - that's the best kind!

Loved the goodie! I love flowers! And I approach the "random" encouragement.

Thanks so very much!

Thanks for the recipe! I used to just avoid sugar completely when I lost weight the first time around. When I moved back to Ontario (from BC) I started eating "sensible treats" instead of cookies and the like. It kept going from there until I just ate cookies anyway. I know that, for me, there is no part way. I have to just say no. That said... I'm totally gonna make those. Lol :D They remind me of black bean brownies. Have you tried those? Yum! And much healthier than flour.
