I saw your status. I've been gone from here for a while. I too gained all my weight back and then some and was at my highest weight. So your not alone. Melissa ...me too. I am having a heck of a time getting back on track. I was away for a week in a fabulous cottage up North and with the holidays on top of that I have 4 extra pounds to get rid off. Well today is Sunday so I have mapped out my food for today.
Lets do this together...plan and track today's intake...
I plan to meditate for 10 minutes and do 10 minutes of stretching. It's Sunday so I do not go to the gym. But I will do wii fit.
