2014 NEW YEAR, SOME OF THE SAME GOALS!!!!

Sorry to say but I didn't really meet all my goals last year. I really don't need to offer excuses, however, having foot surgery and being diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both knees dealt me a setback, according to me!! Having to change my exercise routine and trying to find what is best for me to reach my fitness goals. I know one thing, the word "DIET" is no longer in my vocabulary. This year it will be a LIFESTYLE! Oh yes, I have the SP Tracker and it is really encouraging me to get more ...

My goal is to get to a healthy weight and stay there and quit doing the "yo-yo" thing!

Other Information:
I love to knit, crochet, glass paint and read. I especially like mystery books and even an occasional romance novel!!! I walk my dog, Zoey, around our neighborhood and use a recumbent bike as well as hand weights.

We had a lot of illegal fireworks here. Our skies were beautiful. All of the dogs except Sarge went to the back of the house, and Sarge insisted on staying by my side. He is so funny. Munchie came out later on, but wouldn't stop barking. I had him in my lap too. We haven't tried a thunder shirt. The only one that would need one is Henley the Hero, and with his size, the shirt would be pricey lol.
Sarge has what we think is a Hematoma on his ear. I don't think he is in pain. This morning I woke up with the biggest headache. I am worried about Sarge, because he will probably end up with minor surgery. I always get worried with stuff like that. I'm sure he will be ok though. I will call the Vet tomorrow, and see when we can take him in, then I will let you know what the Vet said. Sarge could use some of Zoey's kisses.

how are you? I just got back from my trip~it was horrible!
Your family can hurt you worse than anyone~I'm never going back to my son's
house again..I'm soo tired of his abuse!
