Thanks for your comment on my June Weigh-in & Goals blog. I'm glad that I have inspired you to set goals. I started with little ones that I knew I could accomplish - like reading scripture before checking my email or Facebook on my phone. With each little success, I built confidence that I could do more.

to SP. There are so many of us that are rededicating ourselves to the SP program. Just simply tracking our nutrition and exercise is proven to be the reliable way to reach our goals. Let's not only reach our goals this year but NEVER regain and have to go through the work again! 521 days ago
