Losing It!

My Goals:
My goal is to shed the lbs and ideally live a positive and healthy lifestyle and maintain it all for as long as I can.

My Program:
Run a 5K once a month. Run on the treadmill for 30 minutes 4x's a week.
Drinking water max.
Consuming calorie recommendation.
Exercising with Sparks trainer Nicole - 3 to 4 x's a week, online video.
Walking when I can.



Personal Information:
My name is Laura. Originally from Canada, I relocated to the DFW area almost a decade ago. Not afraid to try (just about) anything including 2004 3 Day-60 Mile Walk for Breast Cancer. I trained locally and walked from Kenosha to Chicago. Soon after that I tried skydiving and loved it. Both were life time experiences I won't soon forget. And would recommend either to anyone willing to try!

How is the broken toe? Are you doing crunches, leg raises...anything....

You can do it, I know you can.

Thanks Goofers, I stopped journaling my food but I have been very careful not to go crazy. I am still on the treadmill for 60 mins and it helps me sleep. I think all is going to be okay. I am not down anything but I have not gone up either. :-) Hamd is very sure all will work out okay.

Thanks, I can't wait to get there, get married and than time can stop. This week is going to fly by considering I still haven't had my second fitting yet.
