I'm on my way .... to bein' the littler person I should be

Hi ... my name is Tammie and I want to be on my way to becoming a "good thing in a Tiny Package"..... it was working pretty well for me for awhile there, but not so much for the past year :(

Weight has been an issue for me for as long as I can possibly remember ... and although I do day dream that one day I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore, realistically I know I will battle it til I die.

When I'm in the zone, doing what I'm "supposed" to be doing and the weight is slowly coming off ... I think to myself "Why haven't I always been living this way, it's really not so hard?!" But when I'm NOT in the zone it seems nearly impossible to get back into it - that's where I'm at now.

I had been given the diagnosis of diabetic ... and lost 35lbs, well all but 15 of it has come back. That's right I regained 20lbs that I was SURE I'd never see again - how depressing is that. Through all the weight gain I have kept up my exercising which has been my only saving grace ... but I really need to figure out how to get back on the weight loss train!

Don't know if anyone will read this but it felt good to put it in writing .... guess I better go change my profile now 'cuz it doesn't reflect the truth right now either.

My Goals:
My main goal is to exercise and eat properly so that I won't need to start taking any diabetic meds.

I also want to get down to a healthy BMI which means I have to get under 140 lbs



My Program:
Currently I'm doing working out at least 5 days a week ...for 45min - 2hrs.

Some days it's a Biggest Loser DVD other days its the gym.

I NEED to be tracking food but haven't been able to get myself back into it :(

Hey Tammie...Wishing you luck... I also just found out that my numbers went over that little line. So, I decided to utilize the site to help me lose some weight to keep me off meds find a way to be accountable. If you have any suggestions ...send them my way. emoticon
