Ready to make a big change!

Hey everyone!

I am currently in the 130s - 137 to be exact and I am starting to feel amazing. I want to get down even more and hopefully one day into the 120's :)
I have been working out 3 -4 days each week at the gym, eating clean and healthy, and having a positive attitude that change is possible.
I now am a firm believer that you can do ANYTHING you want to do when you put your mind to it and effort as well.

My Goals:
To weigh 130 by the beginning of July 2013! I will do this by cutting back, eating right, and exercising 3-4 times each week.

I have a mini goal of sweating everyday in June by doing some form of exercise everyday :)

I also want to improve my fitness by June 22nd because I am participating in a 5k run!





Personal Information:
I have done two 5k runs so far.

My fastest time was 35.32 (running and walking)
and second fastest was 35.57 (running the whole time).

I am training to run a 10k one day :)

Hmm... yea i know exaclt what you mean! I have an ipod full of "gym" music and it's not so much that I love those songs but they motivate me when I'm working out. I'll look for it and i'll send u some tunes : )

maybe we can exchange acctually cuz i'm getting a lil bit sick of my songs as well. so if u know any good energy music i'd love to hear it.

I am also new and I am trying to get back into the gym again. I haven't been going for the last three weeks. Just been spending time with family and trying to get over a cold now.

But I am loving this site so hopefully I stick to it and it motivates me!!!

Hey! thx for your words of encoragement!
I see u've managed to loose 3 lbs during the holidays. Way to go!!! It takes a lot of courage to start loosing weight during the holiday period but it should also give you confidence; if you can loose weight this time of the year you can do it anytime!!

I think I'm going to like this website as well. The hardest part about loosing weight I find is to stay motivated after a couple months. But it looks like fun here and I like the message boards and all the interesting tools.

All the best luck to you! I'm sure you'll reach your goal and wear that sexy bikini by summer ;)
