Hmm... yea i know exaclt what you mean! I have an ipod full of "gym" music and it's not so much that I love those songs but they motivate me when I'm working out. I'll look for it and i'll send u some tunes : )
maybe we can exchange acctually cuz i'm getting a lil bit sick of my songs as well. so if u know any good energy music i'd love to hear it.
Hey! thx for your words of encoragement! I see u've managed to loose 3 lbs during the holidays. Way to go!!! It takes a lot of courage to start loosing weight during the holiday period but it should also give you confidence; if you can loose weight this time of the year you can do it anytime!!
I think I'm going to like this website as well. The hardest part about loosing weight I find is to stay motivated after a couple months. But it looks like fun here and I like the message boards and all the interesting tools.
