Ready to make a big change!

Hey everyone!

I am currently in the 130s - 137 to be exact and I am starting to feel amazing. I want to get down even more and hopefully one day into the 120's :)
I have been working out 3 -4 days each week at the gym, eating clean and healthy, and having a positive attitude that change is possible.
I now am a firm believer that you can do ANYTHING you want to do when you put your mind to it and effort as well.

My Goals:
To weigh 130 by the beginning of July 2013! I will do this by cutting back, eating right, and exercising 3-4 times each week.

I have a mini goal of sweating everyday in June by doing some form of exercise everyday :)

I also want to improve my fitness by June 22nd because I am participating in a 5k run!





Personal Information:
I have done two 5k runs so far.

My fastest time was 35.32 (running and walking)
and second fastest was 35.57 (running the whole time).

I am training to run a 10k one day :)

heyy! how's it going?! i'm kinda at the same weight as you now, well i'm stuck at 148 and cant seem to get past that for some reason! i'm not really exercising since i have exams, but i am eating reallyy healthily, so i don't know what the problem is :( i want to be ready for summer, like i'm literally refusing to buy clothes until i can fit in smaller things lol! :(

Hey! I was gone too for a moment, but still loosing weight. I reached my WW goal last week. so excited! Last time I was this weight I was 14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heheheh...how u doing?

Congtz on the 6 LBS! Wohoo!!

I lost 3.6 lbs since I stared with spark p. I'm happy, my weight loss was stuck for about 6 weeks now and it's finally back on track.

Keep up the momentum. Have yourself a fabulous weekend and stay sexy!
