Two years ago I lost 130 lbs!!! gained 40 while waiting for a knee replacement my goal is to take off this wt and learn how to keep it off! No more Yo-yoing! In fact I think I'll lower my goal to 175-180 I've had a hip replacment too,[ need another knee] so the less wt the better! I just hate being built like a boy!
I aways knew that excess carbs were bad ,now I'm counting sugar grams as well to keep my insuln levels low [ fat won't burn when its high!] Good lean protien and plenty veggies !
