I don't have a phone or tv in my room, which is probably good right now since my room is such a mess I don't think I could find either of them.
Do you sew professionally? I'm a hobby sewer and today is the first day in a month I get to go in my room. I think I have to clean it. :( Still that can be fun because I find all kinds of things I forgot about.

Learning is part of the process and a great way to start on your journey. There is alot of information here and so much support as well. Take your time and take in what you can a little bit at a time. A good place to start is with increasing your water and moving more (take an extra walk today even if it's just for 15 minutes!). remember, little steps can turn into big changes in the long run. Congrats for joining and working towards a healthier you!!!
