Deal with my emotions instead of consuming them. Maintain the weight I've worked on for years to get to by eating when I am hungry, and exercising regularly.
Drink lots and lots of water! Don't snack as hard as it is. Take things one day at a time, hour by your if I need to. Stay active... Walking, biking, running, whatever just keep myself moving as much as I can.
