My Journey Begins... for real this time!
Long story short.... Next year I will be receiving my Bachelors of Science in Health Education. With all the knowledge I had learned about health, my greatest fear is to walk down the stage... looking like someone who had not taken any consideration or actions into pursuing a healthy living. How am I suppose to teach communities about health when I myself exercise unhealthy habits? So... you guessed it. I want to become healthier, make better food choices, learn to ...
