I have committed to getting cardio in 4 to 5 times a week. I am starting to strength train two to three times a week. I am making smarter choices about what I put in my body and am looking forward to seeing and feeling the benefits.
I am completely trusting in God for my healing from obesity. I know that he should be my source for every need and am relying on his promises of freedom from the bondage of overeating.
