Starting to walk the path, again!

I am now 40 y/o and back, humbled by how easy it is to fall off the wagon and not making healthy choices or making my physical heath a priority. I binge and emotionally eat...so I am here finding new ways to cope, to track the positives & to learn to let go of the negatives.

What I want to learn: Track & celebrate today's successes and learn from any disappointments/set backs and have faith that tomorrow I REALLY WILL do better.

I have met some fantastic people on this journey and I look forward to meeting new people and learning how to cope with stress and anxiety in new & positive ways.

I hit 280 last year, couldn't get a ride to close. Lost 65 pounds, gained 25 pounds. Lost 5 pounds and I am now down 45 pounds. That is the quick version. I mainly use my fitbit to track but pop on here occasionally to motivate me and find our how everyone is doing.

That positive attitude is what helps most of us reach our goals and enjoy the journey while getting there. No matter how long that journey takes or how daunting it sometimes seems.
