    Congratulations on day 5 of no caffeine! I had 1.5 today but I did finally get in my 8 glasses of water and by 2 pm. That was a first for me. Tomorrow is another day to keep making sure I get all the water I can possibly down. Right now, I'm fighting the caffeine headaches.

    As for feeding my kids, its pretty simple. I really try to make things that they would normally eat but I do introduce new things into their diet. If there is something on the menu that they won't touch, I have backups for them that are simple.

    My pickiest child has no issues with fruit, its veggies and meat so its a balance to find proteins, etc that she will eat. Then again, she doesn't have a weight problem at all. My other two are really good about trying different things so not much of a problem!

    My Diva Two Cents: We all hit a roadblock in our weight loss journey and then do one of two things: #1 give up or #2 start over again. Do you ever learn why you fell off the wagon? What made you do it in the first place? When you find that answer and eliminate that obstacle you can continue moving forward on your weight loss journey. If you never learn anything, you'll always be in the same spot over and over again. Learn the whys and those will lead you to success. Keep on rocking this week diva!
