2009-2013

I started this journey 1/1/2009 and did great for the first 18 months, and not great for the next 18 months. I decided 2012 was THE year so I changed my name to Gone2012, but then said the same thing in 2013. Well it's now the end of 2013 so 2014 must be the year!

Hope everyone stopping by has a wonderful, awesome day. Remember to be kind to yourself. That's the hardest thing I still need to learn!

Some encouragement to you my friend....do what you CAN do in terms of getting on the computer and sparkpeople. This balance thing in life is difficult...even if you can't get on daily or only once a day....scribble down what you're eating on a piece of paper and get moving. emoticon
