Focused on Being Healthy
Been maintaining my weight loss since 2007. Maintaining has proven just as difficult as losing the weight, maybe more so, but I'm not falling for the easy, short-term reward of eating whatever I want.

My Program:
My current goals are to not only maintain my weight loss, but to improve my relationship with food and, thereby, end my emotional eating. I have a choice. I am at the controls. Only I can do this for myself.
Personal Information:
I'm 49 years. Married to a man that still makes me laugh after 29 years. I enjoy most physical activities (kickboxing, biking and walking to name a few). I started hiking this summer and hope to continue through the winter. I also like to read, cook.
