My Goals:
Loose that last 10-15 lbs, exercise daily with at least 3-4 days of cardio. Live with smaller and healthier portions!! Grandma lived to 91, my mother only until 76. I plan to live longer than that!

My Program:
I am going to step class and will be using an elipitical for 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a week.
I will control my portions to what I need vs. what I want.
I am going to love myself.

Personal Information:
I have two beautiful grandchildren that I want to enjoy AND be at their weddings in about 25 years!!
