Road to Disney 2012

~ Updated January 20th 2011 ~

This has been quite the Journey. I am now in the normal weight range, Ive ran 2 marathons, but most importantly I have found what I want out of life. Spark has been amazing, all the motivational people have helped me keep going even when times were hard.

I've realized that this is a life long journey and I will have many ups and downs along the way. I started 2 years ago 24lbs heavier and extremely out of shape. ...

I've realized that this is a life long journey and I will have many ups and downs along the way. I started 2 years ago 24lbs heavier and extremely out of shape. I still have a little weight to lose and look forward to seeing how far I can push my body in endurance sports.

My Goals:
1. Complete a triathlon in 2011

2. Complete 2 Marathons in 2011

3. Run the Disney Marathon in under 4 hours January 2012.

4. Run the Bix (7 mile race) in under 55 min in July 2011.





My Program:
Run (5-6 days/week)
Lift (3 days/week)
Swim (3 days/week)

When it gets warmer I will start biking.



Personal Information:
I'm from Iowa and I love it here but if I'm asked at the end of Feb I probably wouldn't be so positive about it. The winter can get to me :)

Other Information:
I love running and golfing although since graduating college I haven't golfed as much.

I love to read and read just about everything.
